The Digital Lead will lead and own the digital presence online moving both Leightons and The Hearing Care Partnership to be more progressive and digitally focussed and ultimately give the customer the best on and offline experience. Along with the Marketing Director and team take responsibility for customer acquisition and retention through digital channels UX, CRM, paid and other performance channels.
