The Role 

Using your experience this role consists of 2 areas of focus. Develop strong relationships with THCP partners and assist audiologists to meet or exceed annually agreed budgets for each practice.

Partner Practice focus Areas

  1. Deliver exceptional service and support to our business partners and their teams to create optimal conditions for success
  2. Bring hearing care to life in each new partner practice within a defined 6 week launch plan 
  3. Ensure a co-ordinated, impactful and positive go-live and launch experience for each new partner practice, facilitating the involvement of the audiologist
  4. Promote momentum and rapid hearing care uptake in the first 3-6 months from launch for each new practice through team engagement and the delivery of an exceptional standard of hearing care and audiologist engagement and marketing plan
  5. Manage and monitor our defined 12 month marketing and business development plan for each new practice to ensure growth, sales to target and success in the first 12 months
  6. Conduct a 360 º review biannually in each partner practice to agree strategies for continuous improvement 
  7. Monitor the implementation of the business and marketing plan for each practice in order to ensure roi
  8. Identify new possible partners 

Audiologist Focus Areas

  • Support audiologists to become a respected, valued and integrated team member of each partner practice
  1. Facilitate the delivery of exceptional audiological services within each partner practice, which exceed patient and partner expectation, and deliver sales to budget
  2. Assist audiologists to engage effectively with optical teams to ensure a proactive and positive team approach to the delivery of hearing care services and 2 FHA’s per clinic day per practice
  3. Support audiologists in ongoing practice management and the delivery of sales to budget through the 11 Steps to Success Programme
  4. Implement strategies for development and improvement of audiological services, defined by the Group Head of Audiology or Professional Services manager
  5. Support audiologists to optimise The Golden Thread of FHA’s; CR% and ATV£ 
  6. Promote community engagement and awareness by delivering at least 3 community events per practice per year for each practice in collaboration with the audiologist
  7. Build a strong sense of team membership and motivation for success in your team of audiologists
